The service
PairRounds creates temporary no-repeat partner schedules for trusted adult groups. It is provided as a lightweight coordination tool without accounts.
Appropriate use
Use PairRounds only for low-risk adult workshops, practice, and community activities. Do not use it for children, dating, care, employment decisions, safeguarding, regulated records, or safety-critical assignments.
Private links
Manager and participant links are bearer credentials. Anyone holding a link receives its stated access. You are responsible for sharing and storing them appropriately.
No verification
Display names are supplied by the organizer. PairRounds does not verify people, attendance, suitability, compatibility, fairness, or random certification.
Availability
The service may change or be unavailable. Keep another way to communicate during a live activity and do not rely on PairRounds as legal evidence.
Deletion and expiry
Organizers may delete an activity permanently. Inactive private activity data expires after 90 days and cannot be recovered.
