Data used for an activity
PairRounds stores the activity title, optional facilitator note, display names, generated pairings, current round, lifecycle state, and operational timestamps.
Data not requested
Do not enter email addresses, phone numbers, profiles, ages, gender, skills, medical details, home addresses, or other sensitive information.
Private access
Private links are unguessable bearer credentials. Raw capabilities are not stored by the server. Private pages are excluded from sitemaps, analytics, and search indexing.
Public analytics
With consent, public pages may record bounded anonymous usage events. Names, notes, group counts, locators, pairings, capabilities, and private URLs are never analytics parameters.
Retention and deletion
The organizer can permanently delete all activity data. Otherwise, inactive events expire after 90 days.
Security limits
Anyone who receives a private link can use its access. PairRounds cannot identify a link holder or recover a lost manager capability.
